About me

DSC01300 2.jpg

I’m a London-based Service Designer with over 17 years industry experience across consultancies, public sector and large organisations.

Following a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Human Computer Interaction, I started out as a UX designer. Over the years I have expanded into User Research and Service Design after recognising that many of my roles required a deeper understanding and empathy with end-users, along with a need to examine the holistic customer experience across complex eco-systems, within the large organisations I have worked with.

I implement lean research and design methods to explore large-scale, complex systems and quickly reveal user and process issues - in order to deliver streamlined and engaging user experiences.

My industry experience spans financial services, government, education, telecoms/mobile, social media and start-ups.
